Processing & Shipping Times
• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
• Shipping Time: Once shipped, delivery times vary based on your location:
• USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days
• You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
• We occasionally offer free shipping promotions—subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated!
Shipping Restrictions
• We currently ship to United States.
• We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted locations.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments
• The G Collective is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the carrier’s hands. If you experience an issue, please check your tracking number and contact the carrier directly.
• If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office.
Order Changes & Cancellations
• If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing it at info@thegcollective.shop. Once an order is processed, we cannot make changes.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please email us at info@thegcollective.shop within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem.
